Sandy has been our realtor for over 20 years. We have bought and sold both our personal residence and several investment properties with her. Nobody understands the local area better than Sandy. She not only sees the big picture but will look at every single little detail so that there are no surprises. Your home is your biggest investment. You want somebody on your side who is experienced and working full-time for you. There are so many times she has gone above and beyond what you would expect of a typical realtor. An example would be she knows a repair person for practically any problem that comes up in an inspection report and it's taken care of quickly at a reasonable price. Any "challenging buyers or sellers " are dealt with as well as unethical realtors. She is straight forward and does the hard work for you. You will not be disappointed.

I am so grateful to have been taken care of by Sandy!!! When I reached out to her I told her I wanted something big enough that we could have family for the holidays. I kept the options open and she brought us to some properties that were realistic for our budget!!! She helped us find a new house in a safe neighborhood close to work, school, and religion at an affordable rate!!! We did a walk through and she pointed issues to the manufacturer that needed to get worked on prior to us moving in.
